• For shipments to mainland Spain, we use the SEUR courier service with delivery within 24 hours, at a cost of € 9.49. Keep in mind that the contracted delivery service has a delivery schedule from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., so that it is delivered at one time or another depends on the delivery route of the courier.
• All orders received before 6:00 p.m. on a business day are processed and placed in the hands of the couriers that same day (except for orders whose payment is made by bank transfer and shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands).
• The transit time for packages to the Peninsula is 24 hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday, not holidays, neither at origin nor at destination).

Are there shipments to other countries?

• We ship to Germany, Andorra, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Norway, Portugal and the United Kingdom; Except Wawa Sensorial products. The cost of the shipment will be determined by each shipment in a particular way.

• You can return a product if you receive a wrong, defective or in poor condition. If you receive such a product, contact us within 7 days of receiving the package so that we can schedule the exchange for you.
• You can also return a product if the measures do not suit what you need, or for any other justifiable reason. You have a period of 30 days from the delivery date to return any product (except books). The products must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging intact. (They cannot be open or used products).
• Send us an e-mail to orders@wawasonrisas.com to inform us that you are going to make the return and we will inform you about the procedure to follow to send the product back. You can send us the product to be returned by any courier or you can choose our product collection service.
• When we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount you have paid for the product to the bank account that you have indicated within a maximum period of 7 days. The costs of shipping the returned products are borne by the customer, except if the return occurs due to defects in the merchandise or a service error.
